Sintesis
Talium(I) nitrat dapat diproduksi dengan mereaksikan talium(I) iodida dengan asam nitrat.[1] Namun, pembuatannya lebih sederhana mulai dari logam, talium(III) hidroksida atau karbonatnya :[2]
